About the job you’re considering

The Oracle HCM Talent Management and Learning Functional Lead who can provide end-to-end solutions that address clients’ business requirements

Required Skills:

• Need Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Resource with at least 6-10 yrs of experience

• Need 1 full life cycle implementation experience on Oracle Talent Management & Learning modules

• Must have experience Leading Teams. Lead in project requirements analysis, functional design, reports development and testing.

• Design, configuration, testing, deployment, training and release management of Oracle Cloud applications

• Have a positive, dynamic, and flexible attitude, should be an excellent team player

• Has excellent spoken and written English language communication skills

• Document solutions clearly

• Ability to effectively work with end-users remotely.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Oracle HCM Cloud certification is preferred.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree

Open to travelling up to 75% travel depending upon the customer.
