About the job you’re considering

Preferred candidates will have previous experience oracle Fusion HCM Absence Functional Lead and related areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Should have atleast 2 Implementation experience in Absence for Global Company across Multiple Geographies

• Must have worked on at least 3-4 Oracle Cloud HCM projects .

• Must have Expertise in Gathering & Mapping requirements, fit-gap analysis and Requirements documentation

• Prepare functional design and work with Offshore team in Implementing and testing.

• Should understand the interactions with dependent modules in Implementing Absence.

• Experience in Implementing Payroll and Compensation will be desired.

• Must have excellent presentation, written and oral communication skills and problem resolution skills.

Required Skills

• Prepare the functional design.

• Knowledge of Absence and Compensation will be desired

• Collect the requirement and Implement any Enhancement Requested

Nice to Have Skills

• Active Certifications in the Absence module will be desired

Qualifications

• Oracle Fusion HCM Absence Functional Lead with an experience of 8+ years.

• Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Engineering, Business, Information Technology or equivalent
