JOB SUMMARY
POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for all aspects of San Antonio Coffee Kiosk including staffing, food presentation, sanitation, food safety and fiscal responsibility under the direction of the Executive Chef.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education: An individual who has a high school diploma or equivalent.
Experience: A minimum of 3 years’ demonstrated progressive experience in food service supervision is required. Barista experience preferred.
Knowledge and Skills: Must be computer literate with a working knowledge of MS Word and MS Office. Must be able to perform as a cashier and understand cashiering procedures. Must be able to function in a leadership role. Ability to train staff in use of all equipment.
License/Certifications: San Bernardino County Food Handlers Card within 30 days of hire/ transfer.
Equipment: Cash Register, Barista coffee machine
Physical Requirements: Must be able to perform essential physical job requirements.
PAY RANGE
$23.400 - $35.10
The posted pay range reflects the lowest to highest pay that was available for this position at the time of posting and may be subject to change. Salary offers are determined by candidate’s relevant experience and skills. For per diem positions, a standard rate is used based on market data and not the candidate’s individual experience.
