Our mission supports the Government Corporate Management Services (CMS) by providing full life cycle support services through the sustainment, modernization, and transformation of the enterprise corporate applications. Collaborate within a dynamic team to support the implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of Linux Information Technology (IT) systems, focusing on critical enterprise applications in a fast-paced environment
Take ownership of IT system infrastructure management, overseeing processes related to system functionalities. Provide comprehensive support for day-to-day operations, monitoring, and problem resolution across client, server, storage, network devices, and other components
Facilitate effective communication by providing support for the escalation process, updating agency management and internal customers on the status of ongoing issues
Demonstrate proficiency in configuring and managing Linux operating systems, including installation, loading of software, troubleshooting, and maintenance. Uphold the integrity of network components, while implementing enhancements to operating systems to optimize reliability and performance
Required Qualifications:
TS/SCI with Poly
A bachelor’s degree and Fifteen (15) years of experience as a system administrator on programs of similar scope and complexity is required. In lieu of a bachelor’s degree twenty (20) years of experience required
Familiarity with scripting languages
Experience with system hardening
Experience working with ISSOs for system compliance
DoD 8570 compliance with Information Assurance Technical (IAT) Level I is required
Desired Qualifications:
Familiarity with Big Fix
Familiarity with Ansible
Experience the with the Atlassian Tool Suite including Confluence & Jira
Experience with IBM Sterling and/or Oracle
