Be the engine behind program success. This role puts you at the center of data, planning, and coordination efforts that drive high-impact projects forward.

The Administrative Assistant I provides entry-level administrative support to ensure the smooth execution of program performance plans and reporting. This position plays a key role in organizing and tracking cost, schedule, manpower, and materials data used by internal teams and government clients to make informed decisions.

Assist in developing and maintaining program performance plans, including work scope, schedules, manpower and material forecasts, task codes, spending plans, and reporting timelines.

Collect, organize, and analyze data to assess program performance across cost, schedule, and resource metrics.

Support the creation of program status reports and presentations for internal stakeholders, management, and clients.

Compile data for cost proposals and estimate-to-complete submissions.

Foster strong working relationships with internal departments, suppliers, and corporate functions.

Contribute to reports and forecasts for financial and operational metrics such as cost, sales, income, bookings, backlog, and resource allocation.

Gather and process information for department labor and expense budgeting.

Help coordinate departmental resources, equipment, supplies, and maintain accurate records.

Communicate with government agencies as needed to support procurement and acquisition processes.

Perform additional duties as assigned.

Skills and Competencies:

Ability to work independently while exercising sound judgment and discretion.

Ability to collaborate effectively with internal staff, suppliers, and customers.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other business software.

Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.

Ability to understand and follow established processes, policies, and regulations.

Ability to manage time and priorities in a deadline-driven environment.

Experience:

Up to two (2) years of relevant administrative experience.

Exposure to vendor/supplier coordination, including resolving discrepancies and supporting material planning.

Experience tracking and verifying data across multiple systems or sources.

General familiarity with budgeting, invoice processing, and compiling reports.

Pay Range: $17.50 - $19.50 per hour (Depending on experience and qualifications)
