Associate Financial Analyst

One of our elite clients in New York City is seeking a detail-oriented Associate Financial Analyst to join their team. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to high-impact projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

The Associate Financial Analyst will provide analytical, financial, and administrative support. The role is approximately 80% technical/analytical and 20% administrative.

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze project and financial data

Prepare and present financial reports and data

Coordinate budget development and revisions

Process payments and secure funding

Attend project-related meetings

Perform additional tasks as needed

Qualifications:

A masterâ s degree from an accredited college and at least one year of full-time experience in one or more of the following areas:

Data collection and analysis related to operational procedures

Administrative systems and staffing analysis

Budgeting, finance, accounting, or other analytical processes

Alternatively, a bachelorâ s degree in a related field and three years of relevant experience

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas and pivot tables

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines

Willingness to work overtime when needed
