Description:

Sr. Program Manager needed to lead a Jacobs team. Projects are in NYC in the five boroughs. This is a hybrid position which will require the candidate to be on site for a minimum of 3 days per week and could be expanded to full-time presence on site. Program value is anticipated to be between $100M and $500M.

The role will require the candidate to evaluate and develop budgets, review scopes of work and develop program priorities while tracking goals to facilitate on time completion within the established budgets without sacrificing quality. The candidate must be able to coordinate the compilation of detailed monthly reports, which will track progress (as planned vs as-built), budget, complexities and any foreseeable challenges along with proposed solutions for consideration by the client.

15 years of experience and at least 10 years of experience leading teams on large complex, multidisciplinary assignments including public works projects and programs

Shall possess an RA, PE or CCM certification

Able to coordinate with multiple client partners as well as other project team stakeholders including AE’s and CM’s and Construction Contractors

Able to present program status updates to the client entity at the very highest levels within their organization

Proficient using Program/ Project Management software systems including P6, Procore, Kahua, Plangrid, Bluebeam & e-Builder
