Our client in the consulting industry is seeking a Data Entry Mail Clerk to join their team. As a Data Entry Mail Clerk, you will be part of the operations team supporting the incoming Mail department. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and effective communication abilities which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Data Entry Mail Clerk
Location: El Segundo, CA
Pay Range: $18.50/hr to $19.50/hr
What's the Job?
Process and sort incoming mail efficiently and accurately.
Maintain organized records of all mail transactions.
Assist in the distribution of mail to appropriate departments.
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely mail processing.
Perform data entry tasks related to mail operations.
What's Needed?
No prior experience required; we welcome entry-level candidates.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in basic computer applications.
