Olsten Staffing is assisting a client in Surfside Beach, SC to fine Data Entry Clerks to support their data cleanup project following a software migration!
Responsibilities for this job include-
Accurately enter and clean up customer data, including locations and equipment details
Navigate and work within two software systems - ServiceTitan and FieldBoss
Input correct and complete information into the new ServiceTitan platform
Use Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook for data handling and communication
Follow provided training and guidelines to ensure accuracy and consistency
Qualifications for this job include-
Typing speed of 45 WPM or higher with a strong focus on accuracy
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to multi-task and work across multiple software platforms
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Previous data entry experience preferred
Reliable transportation and attendance
High School Diploma or GED
This is a temporary project-based roll lasting approximately 3-5 weeks
Pay for this position will start at $18.00/hr.

Pay Details: $18.00 to $19.00 per hour
