Job Summary:
The Activation Manager will lead the planning, execution, and evaluation of marketing activation programs with a special focus on product launching events. This role requires a highly creative individual who can conceptualize impactful campaigns, deliver memorable consumer experiences, and collaborate effectively with both internal teams and external partners to elevate brand visibility and drive engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Planning and Execution:
o Develop and implement activation strategies to promote the brand and its products.
o Create concepts and ideation for product launch events, ensuring alignment with the brands vision and objectives.
o Plan, coordinate, and execute events, in-store promotions, and digital activation campaigns.
Product Launching Focus:
o Design and manage end-to-end launching activities, including pre-launch buzz and post-launch engagement.
o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of product introduction campaigns.
Collaboration and Partnership:
o Work closely with the marketing, sales, and product teams to align activation programs with overall brand objectives.
o Partner with external vendors, agencies, and influencers to maximize campaign impact.
Consumer Engagement:
o Create unique and memorable consumer experiences to enhance brand loyalty.
o Monitor and respond to consumer feedback during and after campaigns.
Budget and Resource Management:
o Manage activation budgets efficiently to ensure cost-effectiveness.
o Oversee resource allocation and ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
Performance Analysis:
o Track and measure the effectiveness of activation programs using relevant KPIs.
o Provide insights and recommendations for future campaigns based on performance data
Requirements:
Around 5 years of experience in activation or event management, preferably in the beauty or FMCG industry.
Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
Creativity and a consumer-focused mindset, especially in designing launch events.
Proficiency in marketing analytics and tools for tracking campaign performance.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team.
A keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering outstanding results.
Excellent communication skills, particularly in English (written & spoken)
