Position Overview

The Client Success Coordinator holds a pivotal position within our immigration law firm. This role ensures our clients experience a seamless and positive journey with our firm. Its primary focus is fostering client satisfaction and providing ongoing support and guidance. As the main point of contact for clients, the Coordinator is responsible for guiding them through their legal processes and ensuring that their needs are met with the utmost professionalism and empathy.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Support & Communication:

Serve as clients' main point of contact, providing regular updates and promptly addressing their questions or concerns.

Maintain clear and effective communication via phone, email, and in-person meetings.

Schedule appointments, consultations, and follow-up meetings, ensuring clients remain informed about their case status.

Client Satisfaction:

Monitor client progress and satisfaction, ensuring issues are resolved promptly and effectively.

Implement strategies to enhance the client experience, ensuring they feel supported and valued.

Collect feedback from clients to identify areas for improvement and understand their needs better.

Client Education & Advocacy:

Educate clients on immigration processes, timelines, and legal requirements, ensuring they understand every step of their journey.

Advocate for clients needs and concerns, ensuring their experience with the firm is positive and informative.

Administrative Tasks:

Support billing and invoicing processes, ensuring clients understand payment terms and schedules.

Coordinate with other departments to resolve billing, case management, or communication issues.

Qualifications:

Experience in client relations, customer service, or a similar role, preferably within a law firm or immigration services.

A strong understanding of immigration law processes is a plus.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in using a CRM such as Salesforce

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Bilingual skills (English/Spanish or another language) are highly desirable.

Nice to have

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.

Schedule

Monday-Friday Occasionally Saturdays

Sundays off

Technical Requirements

Computer Specification

A PC or Laptop with at least an Intel 8th Gen processor (Core i5 and above), AMD Ryzen 5 3000 series or above, with Windows 11, or a Mac M1 processor or above, with a minimum of 8 GB of RAM and a 256 GB SSD.

Two screens/monitors.

USB Wireless headset or a USB wired Headset.

At least a 20 Mbps internet connection. It needs to be wired to minimize latency.
