Job Description:
A luxury 5-star resort in Qatar is seeking an experienced and friendly Waitress/Waiter to join its F&B team. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of relevant experience in hospitality and be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Take guest orders, ensure accuracy, and deliver food and beverages promptly
Provide a welcoming and professional service to guests at all times
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area
Assist guests with menu recommendations and answer inquiries about the menu
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure a smooth service
Handle guest complaints or requests and escalate when necessary
Qualifications:
At least 1 year of relevant experience in hospitality or F&B roles
Arabic-speaking is a plus, but non-Arabic speakers and Russian-speaking candidates are welcome to apply
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Friendly, professional, and guest-focused attitude
Ability to work efficiently in a team and a fast-paced environment
Flexible to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
