Engineering Supervisor

Production plant supporting

Carry out plant preventive maintenance programs according the schedules.

Lead a team of technicians for troubleshooting of machine breakdown.

Coordinating with production to improve machines efficiency.

Respond to equipment downtime emergencies if any.

Execute inspection of critical equipment and investigate cause of failure for appropriate action/measure.

Assign tasks for maintenance staffs according to the department workload.

Ensure all maintenance technicians adhere to company rules & regulations at all time.

Supervise all maintenance activities within assigned areas.

Patrol the assigned work areas and examine equipment to detect unsafe conditions or violence of safety rules.

Maintain a balanced stock of machine spare parts in the assigned areas..

Provide training for maintenance technicians on troubleshooting of plant equipment.

Requirements:

Minimum Diploma in mechanical or electrical.

2 or more years of experience in similar position required.

Hands-on mechanical, electrical experience required.

Knowledge of PLC, automation system is preferred.

Familiar of GMP, HACCP standards are referred.
