NGH is looking for a passionate and experienced Principal Ecologist to lead biodiversity projects across Queensland. You'll manage diverse projects, mentor staff, guide standards, and provide expert advice to clients and internal teamsworking on everything from major renewable energy developments to niche conservation projects.
What You'll Do:
Lead and manage biodiversity projects
Mentor and support junior team members
Influence team standards and drive innovation
Engage with clients and contribute to business growth
What Were Looking For:
Degree in Environmental Science, Ecology, or related field
Strong flora and/or fauna ID skills
Solid knowledge of environmental legislation and GIS
Excellent written and verbal communication
