About the Job:
The Assistant Manager - Business Development drives revenue growth by identifying opportunities, executing sales strategies, and building client relationships. The role involves market research, cross-functional collaboration, and managing the sales cycle to deliver tailored IT and managed service solutions aligned with the company's global expansion goals.
Responsibilities:
Identify and qualify new business leads.
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet targets.
Build and maintain client relationships.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
Collaborate with technical, marketing, and product teams.
Prepare proposals, RFPs, and maintain CRM records.
Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in IT or managed services
Proven track record of meeting personal and team revenue targets
International business experience (highly desirable)
Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field (preferred, not mandatory)
Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud platforms, and cybersecurity
Conduct client needs analysis and deliver presentations.
Provide sales forecasts and regular performance reports. and solutions
