We are expanding and looking for a Lead Pool Fence Installer who is personable, mechanically inclined, and comfortable using power tools. No experience? No problem. We are willing to train the right person!

What You’ll Do:

Lead pool fence installations at residential properties

Interact directly with customers, ensuring a professional and positive experience

Operate drills, saws, and other large tools with confidence

Manage job site logistics, ensuring efficiency and quality

Train and oversee assistant installers as needed

Problem-solve and adapt to installation challenges

Mechanically Inclined: Comfortable using power tools and working with your hands.

Reliable & Hardworking: You show up on time, ready to work in an outdoor environment.

Physically Capable: Ability to lift heavy materials and work in different weather conditions.

Team Player: Works well with others but can also lead when needed.

Willing to Learn: No experience required – we’ll train the right person!
