Operations Manager - Property Maintenance

Job Description

We are seeking an Operations Manager - Property Maintenance to become a part of our team!

You will plan and facilitate all property maintenance and repair operations.

Responsibilities:

Oversee and coordinate all property maintenance and repairs

Attract and train new technicians to provide property maintenance and repairs

Investigate and resolve all custmer complaints to obtain 5-Star reviews

Provide proactive proposals to update and improve properties to increase user satisfaction, curb appeal, and value

Ensure all work order and repair requests are processed in a timely fashion

Market services to property owners and vendors

Increase sales revenues and profits month over month

Invoice for completed property maintenance and repairs ervices

Qualifications:

Previous experience in property management, maintenance, repair, or other related fields

Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Jobber and QuickBooks Online softwares

Ability to build rapport with property managers and customers

Ability to multitask and prioritize

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to respond to all requests within one hour.Company Description
