Freelance Technical Director / Broadcast Operator for Online Workshops

Schedule: 1–2 times per month, full-day rate per session

Compensation: Based on experience and day rate

We’re looking for a one-person technical crew—someone experienced, reliable, and confident operating live, multi-camera Zoom broadcasts solo (though you may have a PA on hand for light support).

You’ll run our semi-permanent studio setup, which includes:

• ATEM Mini switcher

• Static camera setups on tripods

• Basic audio and lighting gear

• Occasional reassembly of equipment if needed

Who We’re Looking For

• Proven experience with live broadcasts (Zoom, OBS, or similar)

• Hands-on knowledge of ATEM Mini or other switchers

• Experience running or assisting on small studio sets

• Calm under pressure and confident working independently

• Bonus: Experience with lighting setups
