Peoplelink Staffing, in partnership with a prominent manufacturer in the Quapaw, Ok area, who is seeking a Operator to join their team! This is a climate-controlled facility with multiple openings.

Operator Job Summary – 8:00 am – 4:30 pm (After training will be 4:00 pm-12:30 am) approximately 2 months of training

**Base rate $17.00 with $1.50 shift differential once they transfer to the evening shift**

Job Summary: Power in space, Vision at night. Coatings thinner than human hair, this job is working with a leader in material solutions for the space, optics and electronic sectors enabling every day cutting edge technologies. As a machine operator you would be helping to produce materials with even higher performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate processes via HMI computer

Ensure quality of product as defined by customer specifications

Pull sampling of waste streams to ensure operations meet governmental requirements

Supporting role setting up laboratory equipment and instrumentation required for tests, research or process control

Support conducting chemical laboratory tests of various chemical solutions and samplesQualifications:

You have a high school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience+

Proficient with computers

You are able to read and interpret documents such as work instructions and procedure manuals

You are able to regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds

You are able to regularly be exposed to moving mechanical parts, toxic or caustic chemicals and occasional exposure to fumes or airborne particles

You are able to use a respirator to be a member of the HAZWOPER teamWhat We Offer:
