Job Description

Are you an experienced CNC Press Brake Operator or a proven Press Brake Supervisor looking for your next opportunity in the manufacturing and metal fabrication industry? Schulte Staffing is hiring for both roles at a growing company just north of Boston! We’re seeking individuals who are detail-oriented, reliable, and experienced in sheet metal forming, CNC press brake setup, and production environments.

Press Brake Operator

Starting at $24/hr and up – based on experience

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Full-time 1st shift Temp-to-hire

Press Brake Supervisor

$32–$35/hr – depending on experience

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Full-time 1st shift Leadership opportunity

Key Responsibilities

Press Brake Operators:

Operate CNC press brake machines to form metal parts according to blueprints.

Perform proper machine setup and adjust machine settings for various metals.

Inspect completed parts using calipers and measuring tools.

Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Meet or exceed daily production goals.

Press Brake Supervisors:

Oversee all press brake operations and coordinate team workflow.

Train and supervise a team of operators in a metal fabrication setting.

Perform setups, troubleshoot machines, and monitor job quality.

Ensure adherence to safety standards and production deadlines.

Work closely with other departments to optimize productivity and quality control.

Job Requirements

For Operators:

1+ year of experience operating a CNC press brake.

Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools (calipers, squares).

Experience with steel, aluminum, and stainless steel.

For Supervisors:

5+ years of press brake operation and setup experience.

Prior experience in team leadership or supervisory role in manufacturing.

Strong troubleshooting skills and blueprint reading.

Excellent communication and time management skills.

Physical Requirements

Able to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.

Stand, bend, and kneel throughout the shift.

Work in a loud production environment with exposure to forklifts and machinery.
