Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Recruiter/Inside Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales through effective communication and relationship-building with potential clients. You will utilize your customer service skills to promote our products and services, ensuring a seamless experience for our customers. This position requires a proactive approach to identifying market opportunities and negotiating deals that align with customer needs.
Inside Sales:
Engage with potential customers through outbound calls to introduce our products and services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service.
Utilize software tools to track sales activities, manage leads, and report on progress.
Visit clients as needed to further build relationship
Recruiting:
Actively review applications and resumes daily, conduct phone interviews and screenings, ask interview questions to qualify candidates.
Performing data-entry, entering applicant information in Applicant Tracking System, complete onboarding forms, such as disclosure forms, W-4 Form, I9, etc.
Recruiting, screening, and interviewing candidates for open positions to fit client requirements
Conducting reference checks, drug screens, and background checks on potential hires
Account management; speaking with client companies on a daily basis
Experience
Previous experience in sales or telemarketing is preferred but not required.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
Familiarity with recruiting is a plus
Proven ability to negotiate effectively and close sales deals.
Bilingual English/Spanish
