Position: Business Development Sales Executive
Location: Remote (Within 50 miles of Charlotte, NC)
Compensation: Six-figure base salary + uncapped commission

Our client is a US-based leading manufacturer of metal and wire fixtures, and theyre looking for a Business Development Specialist to drive growth. This is a remote role, but the ideal candidate must be located within 50 miles of Charlotte, NC.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities within the DIY retail sector.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including marketing managers, buyers, merchandisers, and procurement teams.
Drive sales growth by developing tailored solutions that meet client needs.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activity, and market demands.
Qualifications:
Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in retail store fixtures, displays, or related industries.
Strong network and experience working with major DIY retailers and brands.
Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to thrive in a remote work environment.
Ability to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
