Outside Sales
Are you ready for a challenge that offers lucrative rewards? Our company is currently recruiting for a Territory Manager / Market Developer. We are looking for a proven sales professional who has a strong desire for success and understand the value of developing & maintaining long term customer relationships. You will be working alongside a team of sales representatives, support staff, and managers while providing information and technical details to our customers. You will build relationships with new and existing customers to drive sales and increase revenue.

Requirements:
5+ years of successful outside sales experience OR successful combination of education, knowledge, and experience.
Previous experience or industry experience in Pumps and/or Rotating Equipment Preferred
Industrial B2B experience is required - this is NOT an entry level sales position.
High School Diploma (or equivalent) required
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, communication, or another field is desirable
This position is eligible for monthly sales commissions and store profitability bonuses
Excellent ability to communicate in writing or verbally
Friendly and personable with others
Ability to meet sales goals, work independently, and maintain a positive attitude
Strong ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Keen attention to detail
Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
Must be able to pass background check and be willing to undergo drug testing
