Customer Service Representative

Job Description

Process customer orders requiring keen attention to detail, as well as address and react effectively to all customer inquiries and complaints. Daily activities will include client and vendor contact, estimating, order entry, purchasing, file management, and order management, including status updates.

Manage multiple priorities with aggressive timelines and still deliver quality results.

Solve a variety of problems and deal with a variety of situations where only limited information or standardization exists, applying common sense reasoning to carry out instruction furnished in electronic, written, oral or diagram form. Expected to learn and grow product knowledge and Plant capabilities.

Elements of project management and assisting sales personnel as appropriate, including tracking warehouse items to ensure availability and min./max. levels are followed.

Communicate professionally with colleagues across all functions and levels. Obtain customer expectations/requirements and effectively transfer that information to ensure proper handling, production and delivery of orders.Company Description
