Position Overview

We are looking for a reliable and organized Client/Account Coordinator to join our team. This person will serve as a central point of contact for our customers, providing updates, answering questions, and ensuring that jobs are tracked and communicated clearly. The coordinator will work closely with our administrative staff and repair team to keep everything flowing smoothly—from the moment a customer calls to report a repair request to the moment the truck delivers back to the customer's location.

Key Responsibilities

· Assist administrative staff with tasks and internal coordination

· Answer incoming phone calls and route or handle inquiries appropriately

· Monitor and respond to customer emails in a timely, professional manner

· Coordinate repair work after customer approval, ensuring clear handoff to the shop team

· Track trucks through the repair process and maintain up-to-date repair statuses

· Communicate with customers regarding timelines, progress updates, and questions

· Gather details and status updates for daily customer progress reports

· Send clear, concise reports to customers daily

· Ensure customers feel supported and informed throughout the repair process

What We Are Looking For

· Excellent communication and customer service skills (phone and email)

· Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple tasks simultaneously

· Strong attention to detail and follow-through

· Able to work well with internal teams (admin, technicians, managers)

· Comfortable using computer systems, email, and spreadsheets

· Prior experience in customer service, administrative support, or coordination roles required
