Front End Supermarket Supervisor

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated, responsible Front End Supervisor to join our team!

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Greet customers and observe customers in store

Provide superior customer service and ensure timely and friendly checkout

Handle customer concerns in a positive manner

Scheduling and duty management of front end staff

Assist in hiring and training of new staff

Maintain a clean, neat and fully stocked front end at all times

Complete drawer balancing and end-of-day cash handling and reconciliation

Hold keys for end of day

Qualifications:

Previous experience in management and cash handling

Positive, friendly attitude

Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills

Strong attention to detail

Composure under pressure
