Video & Photo Line Producer

Job Description

We’re working with our client to source a Line Producer to manage photo and video production and post-production for an internal photo/video content studio.

This position requires you to be an exceptional planner with photo studio production experience and a knowledge/understanding of the roles and internal workings of a photo/content studio. You’ll collaborate with the Creative and Marketing Teams and Photo/Content Studio teams on production-related projects.

Responsibilities:

- Ensure studio is ready for shoots with samples, backgrounds, surfaces, and sets, andSpecs.

- Manage day-to-day scheduling and workflow within studio or on location with detailed call sheets, shot lists and schedules.

- Resource and book locations and all necessary permits.

- Manage production budgets.

- Oversee merchants and vendors to ensure all requirements are executed, trackingexpenses, invoices, and legal documents.

- Manage tracking of photo releases, contact databases, portfolios, location scouting, call sheets, post-production schedules, and other photo production aspects.

- Coordinate with Project Managers and post-production retouchers.

Requirements:

- At least 3 years of experience in photo production as a Line Producer, Producer or Coordinator.

- Proven ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- History of thriving in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines.

- Exceptional communication skills and a proven time management system.
