Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will have 1–5 years of experience in core HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations. You will play a pivotal role in supporting internal hiring, managing employee relations, and ensuring effective communication across stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage internal recruitment and support seamless onboarding processes.
Foster a positive work environment through employee engagement initiatives.
Execute day-to-day HR operations and ensure compliance with company policies.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR documentation and employee records.
Build and sustain strong interpersonal relationships across the organization.
Exhibit strong verbal and written communication to convey HR policies and resolve queries.
Practice active listening to understand employee concerns and provide appropriate support.
Facilitate negotiations regarding job offers, conflict resolution, and employee requests.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive HR strategies and initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
1–5 years of relevant experience in HR or administrative roles.
Proven expertise in recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational ability.
Familiarity with HR software and remote collaboration tools.
Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently.
