Responsibilities:
Create and build relationships with new and existing customers.
Determine customer's automotive needs while educating them on new and used car ownership.
Demonstrate vehicle benefits and amenities, to include test drives.
Meet and exceed dealership goals and sales objectives.
Maintain customer satisfaction to ensure return business and referral business with customer follow-up.
Qualifications:
Automotive sales experience is a plus.
Great customer service and follow up skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Process driven, motivated and have outstanding attention to details.
Outgoing personality, positive attitude, and professional appearance.
Committed and willingness to learn, and work as a team to achieve desired results
Valid drivers license is a must.
