You may be wondering what experience and skills we need, so here it is:

· Prior administrative and client management system experience (required)

· High school diploma (required)

· College Degree Preferred

· Excellent written and verbal communication skill as well as the ability to multitask (required)

· Prior experience working in the financial services, accounting or healthcare industries (preferred)

The right candidate will be responsible for the following tasks:

· Collect all vital information from consumers via phone or email

· Data entry, output and ongoing data management using digital client management system

· Schedule appointments and manage calendar for the Financial Advisor

· Handle client inquiries, escalating to Financial Advisor when necessary

· Initiate, complete and track insurance policies and financial accounts

· Run custom client reports

· Communicate with third party companies such as money managers, insurance companies and insurance marketing organizations

· Assist with planning and execution of marketing activities

· Take accurate and detailed notes during virtual or face-to-face meetings

· All other duties as assigned

Salary: $20/hour

Schedule: 1:00 pm – 5:00 pm
