Description of the role:

Cronin Collision Center, a member of Cronin Automotive, is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Estimator to join our team. As an Estimator, you will play a crucial role in our booming Collision Center business. This is a fast-paced and professional workplace where you will have the opportunity to provide exceptional customer experiences and contribute to the success of our team.Responsibilities:

Examine damaged vehicles to determine the extent of structural, body, mechanical, or interior damage

Assess sale of service based on inspection and provide written estimates to customers and/or insurance companies

Manage each repair throughout the process and keep customers informed

Submit final bills to insurance companies upon completion of vehicle repairs

Participate in daily Production Meetings with Techs and Management to collaborate and ensure smooth operationsRequirements:

Recent experience as an Estimator in a body shop, collision center, or with an insurance company

Positive, friendly attitude with a focus on exceptional customer service

Strong math, reading, and computer skills

Knowledge and ability to use CCC One software management system

High School Diploma or equivalent

Interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with employees and customers at all levels

Strong knowledge of proper paint and repair procedures is a plus

I-CAR Certified or willing to complete I-CAR TrainingBenefits:
