Job Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Customer Service Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role requires an individual with strong organizational and communication skills to manage a high volume of customer interactions in a fast-paced office environment. The position involves order entry, account management, inventory research, troubleshooting, and maintaining excellent customer relations.

Key Responsibilities:

Order/Data Entry: Enter orders and update customer data in customer portals, databases, and NetSuite software, including e-commerce platforms.

Customer Communication: Handle a large volume of customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests via phone and email.

Inventory Research: Check product availability, coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely shipment of orders.

Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution: Resolve customer product concerns and order discrepancies efficiently and professionally.

Account Maintenance: Maintain up-to-date customer records and documentation based on interactions.

Knowledge Base Development: Stay informed about products, services, and operational updates to provide accurate information to customers.

Miscellaneous Duties: Assist with other customer service or administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 1 year of prior experience in customer service, sales administration, or a related field.

Call center experience is a plus.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Data entry experience preferred.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Strong ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with clients.

Ability to prioritize, multitask, and work in a fast-paced environment.

Positive, professional demeanor with strong written and verbal communication skills.

EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) experience is helpful but not required – we will provide training.
