As the business development representative for our rapidly expanding company, you will cultivate positive relationships with potential clients while following up on qualified leads and converting those leads into lifelong customers.
$75,000 - $90,000 yearlyResponsibilities:
Strive to meet a goal of 13 live connections per day and 40 calls per week connecting with a list of real estate agents according to their production
Initiate company engagement to attract more business by posting on social media channels including Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant platforms
Schedule face to face coffee appointments, lunches, and happy hours with agents, bankers, and other professionals with a goal of 10-12 face-to-face meetings per week
Compose personalized messages for special occasions and send cards for thank-yous, birthdays, congratulations, etc (including gifts and pop-bys, when appropriate
Establish a call list of banks, credit unions, etc. and set a goal of 30 calls per weekQualifications:
Exhibit a high-level of skill with time management, verbal and written communication, and interpersonal aptitude
Must be currently licensed with an NMLS license or National Association of Mortgage Broker licensure or willing to obtain licensure within 90 days of employment
Reliable transportation is required in order to attend client meetings
Experience of 1 year at least in sales as a real estate ISA, sales representative, or in a similar role
Awareness of current sales process and how to enter information into client databasesAbout Company
