Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Compensation Analyst to support a major global energy company. This is a high-impact role for a seasoned HR professional to shape compensation strategies and drive organizational effectiveness within a highly complex and matrixed environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive compensation initiatives that support fair, competitive, and equitable pay practices.
Lead or participate in the preparation and administration of annual merit, salary review, and incentive programs.
Conduct internal equity assessments, review job offers, and provide strategic salary recommendations.
Provide actionable insights through HR performance metrics, KPIs, and historical trend analysis.
Partner with IT teams to support implementation and enhancement of SAP SuccessFactors initiatives.
Support annual and ad hoc organizational chart updates and offer recommendations on organizational design and structure.
Develop job descriptions and career paths to support selection, promotion, and employee development initiatives.
Align organizational design and change management strategies with overall business goals and corporate strategy.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure proper HR documentation and process execution.
Act as a liaison with global HR counterparts to ensure alignment across policies and practices.
Deliver compelling presentations to leadership on compensation and organizational matters.
Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders and provide counsel on compensation and organizational design decisions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Human Resources Management or Business Administration required. CCP or other compensation or broad HR certification preferred.
At least ten (10) years’ experience in Human Resources; prefer candidates with oil & gas industry experience
Must be a fully seasoned professional in Human Resources, with a strong working background in compensation and organization capability; change management experience strongly desired.
Must be able to communicate and comprehend accurately, clearly, and concisely in English at a level required to perform the job as outlined
Must possess good work habits, a strong work ethic, and be able to adhere to company work hours, policies, and standard business etiquette
