Sr. Accounts Payable Specialist

Job Description

Summary:

Seeking a detail-oriented Sr. AP Specialist with experience in high-volume, automated AP systems and construction accounting. This role ensures timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices, subcontractor payments, and compliance documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

Process large volumes of invoices using AP automation software

Review subcontractor invoices, lien waivers, and insurance certificates

Ensure compliance with job costing and project coding standards

Reconcile vendor accounts and resolve discrepancies

Support month-end close and reporting activities

Collaborate with project managers and procurement teams

Qualifications:

5+ years AP experience; construction industry preferred
