Key Responsibilities:

Showcase apartment homes and amenities to prospective residents, creating an inviting and professional experience.

Handle leasing processes, including applications, lease agreements, and renewals.

Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and company policies.

Build and maintain strong relationships with residents and prospects, addressing concerns promptly and professionally.

Assist in marketing efforts, including online listings, resident events, and community outreach.

Requirements:

Previous leasing experience is a must—you know how to close the deal!

Polished and professional demeanor with excellent communication skills.

Solid understanding of Fair Housing laws and property management best practices.

Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

Proficiency in property management software is a plus.
