Software Developer

This is a full-time position, and requires a TS/SCI/Full Scope Polygraph Clearance.

2HB Incorporated is seeking a Software Developer in order to support its government customer in Herndon, VA.

Description

As part of US Government’s integrated ServiceNow delivery team, the Candidate shall provide development and process improvement support of US Government’s Global Infrastructure Business System (GIBS) custom application suite and other US Government’s requirements on the enterprise and non-enterprise ServiceNow platforms.

Demonstrated solid JavaScript experience; in addition to hands to ServiceNow experience (4+ years preferred). ServiceNow certifications are highly desired. Candidates should have strong technical/development backgrounds.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND DEMONSTRATED EXPERIENCE

The Candidate shall possess and provide the following required skills and demonstrated experience:

Demonstrated experience using web development technologies, specifically JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

Demonstrated experience developing ServiceNow, or advanced experience with software development or experience with low-code development platforms and the aptitude to develop ServiceNow experience,

Demonstrated experience with Flow Designer, creating catalog items, and an understanding of business rules.

Demonstrated experience in business process analysis including evaluating customer need, internal processes, document business process models, and translating these models as functional technical requirements.

Demonstrated experience in systems evaluation such as identifying measures or indicators of system performance and the actions needed to improve or correct performance, relative to the goals of the system.

Demonstrated experience with process improvement such as analyzing functions, requirements, or existing capabilities and shortfalls.

Demonstrated experience with program management and project task management, and customer relations and outreach.

Demonstrated experience with IT and systems lifecycle management, including managing review boards, and change & release management.

Demonstrated experience with knowledge management, including developing feature release descriptions, and technical artifacts related to the development under this request. This is a full-time position, and requires a TS/SCI/Full Scope Polygraph Clearance.
