The Champlain Valley Office of Economic Opportunity (CVOEO) seeks a Coordinated Entry (CE) Specialist who will work to ensure that persons experiencing homelessness in our area receive consistent, appropriate, and equal access to available housing resources. Coordinated Entry (CE) is a coordinated multi-agency system of intake, assessment, prioritization, and referral for people experiencing housing crises. Working under the direction of the FGICA Program Director, the CE Specialist focuses on front-end access to the CE system for consumers and works to ensure timely access to services for people experiencing housing crises. As well as system maintenance, process improvement, data entry, and support to community partners. Additionally, the position completes standardized intakes, assessments, and makes referrals to services for people experiencing homelessness or at imminent risk of homelessness. The CE Specialist serves as the liaison to the CE system for community partners and consumers.

Requirements
If you’re a detail-oriented individual who is able to relate to others in a positive, confidential, and non-judgmental way; enjoy developing and maintaining organizational systems; have a Bachelor’s Degree, 1-2 years of relevant experience, a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record and access to reliable transportation, we’d like to hear from you!
