Responsibilities:

Provide effective leadership in daily campus operations, promoting a student-centered learning environment.

Maintain safe, compliant, and ready labs and facilities to support program delivery.

Lead campus goal-setting

Uphold institutional policies and regulatory requirements across the campus, including readiness for audits and state board visits, fostering a culture of compliance, accountability, and integrity.

Manage class schedules and faculty assignments to ensure effective instruction and student success.

Oversee instructional staff performance through regular coaching and the completion of annual performance evaluations, ensuring accountability, growth, and alignment with campus goals and instructional standards.

Maintain accurate student, campus, and facility records.

Promote campus programs through community outreach, partnership development, and strategic engagement to support enrollment growth and strengthen regional impact.

Model exemplary organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration, responsiveness, and a standard of excellence throughout the campus.

Leverage a background in healthcare to foster student success in the field of allied healthcare: Phlebotomy, Clinical Medical Assisting, EKG Technician, and more.

Requirements

The Experience You’ll Bring:

Must be at least 18 years old.

High School Diploma/GED

At least 3 years of experience in Medical Assisting, EMT, RN, or a similar clinical field.

We prefer you also bring:

At least 2 years in a managerial/leadership role

Experience in office administration

Experience in teaching or training
