All while understanding that together we are even better.\n \n\n \n Schedule: PRN\n \n\n \n Shift : Day shift: 8a-4:30p - open availability, with rotating weekends\n \n\n \n Location: AdventHealth Palm Coast – 60 Memorial Medical Parkway, Palm Coast, FL 32164\n \n\n \n The community you’ll be caring for: Inpatient rehab patients and families\n \n\n \n The role you’ll contribute:\n \n\n \n Evaluates and treats patients with physical, emotional, cognitive, and/or psychosocial deficits.\n \n\n \n The value you’ll bring to the team:\n \n\n \n\n\nAssesses patient ability to safely and effectively perform independent living skills\n \nDesigns appropriate plans of care, including type and frequency of treatment\n \nImplements treatment plans using appropriate modalities\n \nDocuments patient progress\n \nPlans and assists with patient discharge from therapy services and provides information regarding appropriate selection/use of adaptive equipment and support programs\n \n\n \n\n\n Qualifications\n \n The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:\n \n\n \n KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:\n \n\n \n · State of Florida Occupational Therapy License\n \n\n \n KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE STRONGLY PREFERRED :\n \n\n \n · Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office\n \n\n \n · Entry level competency of occupational therapy practice, theory, principles, and applications as defined in competency/department policies\n \n\n \n · Must be able to read, write and speak conversational English\n \n\n \n This facility is an equal opportunity employer and complies with federal, state and local anti-discrimination laws, regulations and ordinances.
