Job Description

As an Installer, you will be responsible for installing lights, harnesses, weather stripping on doors, and bumpers to bodies using pneumatic tools. You will also perform some wiring tasks. Employees will have the opportunity to be cross-trained and will learn production welding. Our team is committed to teaching and supporting you to become an expert in your field.

Responsibilities

Install lights, harnesses, and weather stripping on doors.

Attach bumpers to bodies using pneumatic tools.

Perform wiring tasks as needed.

Cross-train in various installation techniques.

Learn and perform production welding.Essential Skills

Experience with installation processes.

Proficiency with pneumatic and hand tools.

Mechanically inclined.

General labor experience.

Experience in a physically demanding environment.Additional Skills & Qualifications

At least 6 months of prior work experience in a physically demanding environment.

Ability to stand on feet for 10-hour shifts.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

The work environment includes shift times from 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with potential mandatory shifts on Saturdays. The facility is new, open, and well-lit, though it is not climate-controlled, with 75% of the shop floor consisting of open garage doors. The atmosphere can be loud at times. The dress code requires jeans or dickies, t-shirts, fleeces or hoodies, and steel toe boots.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Wentzville, Missouri.Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
