Sr. Business Intelligence Engineer need (3-6 month contract) for a Bioscience company based in LA (must be local)

Job Details

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.

8+ years of experience developing visualizations and reports using Power BI, including proficiency in Self Service BI.

8+ years of experience with SQL Server, including stored procedures, triggers, scripts, and writing ETL processes using SQL Server Stored Procedures and SSIS.

Strong experience with data warehousing concepts, including STAR and Snowflake schemas.

Solid understanding of database management systems and data integration techniques.

Experience in Agile SDLC, including the use of JIRA for project management and tracking

8+ years of experience developing Enterprise-scale Data Warehouses and Data Marts, including:

oEnhancing current data mart development

oDesigning and implementing FACT Tables

oApplying Ralph Kimball methodology/Kimball Lifecycle principles
