Job Title: Warehouse Operator
Job Description
The Warehouse Operator plays a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction through dedicated and proficient handling of finished goods. This hands-on position involves the proper receipt of materials, inventory management, storage, and shipment of products to end customers, all while adhering to legal and safety procedures. The Warehouse Operator collaborates closely with the Warehouse Team Leader to enhance packaging and shipment specifications, with the expectation to perform additional duties as directed.
Responsibilities
Complete delegated tasks with dedication and proficiency.
Handle finished goods to ensure customer satisfaction.
Receive materials properly and manage inventory.
Store products appropriately and ship them to end customers.
Adhere to compliance of all legal and safety procedures.
Collaborate with the Warehouse Team Leader to improve packaging and shipment specifications.
Perform other duties and activities as directed.Essential Skills
Machine operation experience.
Manufacturing and production knowledge.
Plastic handling expertise.
Forklift operation skills.Work Environment
Work as part of a team running a line within a growing company, spread over three buildings with 270 internal employees. The company is currently adding a new line to support its significant growth, providing opportunities to expand responsibilities.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Kutztown, Pennsylvania.Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr.
