Responsibilities
Work from drawings to perform CNC programming tasks.
Gather required materials and components for tasks.
Load and unload equipment and position work area.
Set parameters for milling, drilling, threading, sawing, and boring operations.
Utilize gauges, calipers, and micrometers to ensure products meet tolerance levels.
Coordinate with machinists to optimize operations.Essential Skills
5 years of CNC Machining Experience - Lathe and Mill
Ability to read and understand G Code and M Code
Proficiency in reading blueprints
Experience with measuring tools such as gauges, calipers, and micrometers
Familiarity with 3D CAD/CAM softwareAdditional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with Fanuc control systems
Troubleshooting and changeover capabilities

Work Environment
The position follows a Monday to Friday schedule from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, currently working nine-hour shifts, with no weekend work required. The machine shop is climate-controlled and housed in a facility that is only one year old, offering a comfortable and modern work setting.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Little Rock, Arkansas.Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $38.00/hr.
