Job Title: Machine Operator

Location: Mentor, OH

Shifts: 1st, 2nd, & 3rd

Pay Rate: $24.00/hr. - $28.00/hr.

Job Description:

We are seeking a Machine Operator to join our team in Mentor, OH! In this role, you will oversee operational activities and ensure excellent quality control throughout production processes.

Responsibilities:

Operate machines according to production guidelines

Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner

Load and unload equipment and materials safely and efficiently

Provide innovative solutions to enhance plant efficiency

Perform routine preventive maintenance on machinery

Record and maintain equipment readings and process documentation

Qualifications:

Previous experience operating machines, including Drill and Taps

Familiarity with plant tools and measuring equipment

Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills

Ability to handle physical workload and operate in a fast-paced environment

Commitment to quality control and safety protocols
