Grocery Store Supervisor – $21/hr Weekly Pay Full-Time Destin, FL

Supervise and support a team of 50+ employees across departments

Ensure production and inventory goals are met daily

Monitor and improve operational efficiency across multiple shifts

Communicate effectively with team members and upper management

Maintain high standards of safety, cleanliness, and qualitySchedule & Shift Details:

Must be available for 1st (7 AM – 4 PM), 2nd (2 PM – 11 PM), or 3rd (10 PM – 7 AM) shift

Weekend availability is REQUIRED

Flexible scheduling within a rotating shift structureCompensation & Benefits:

Starting at $21/hour, 40 hours/week
