Open Roles by DepartmentFinal Integration:

Structural and electrical assembly

Use of torque tools, micrometers, and harnessing equipment

Satellite movement and material handling using cranes, pallet jacks, and powered industrial trucksPanel Lines:

Fiber optic cable splicing and sub-component installation

Schematic interpretation and torque application

Repetitive tasks including decal application and lifting up to 35 lbsMechanisms (Tech II) / Mixed Model Assembly (Tech I):

Mechanical and electrical testing, PCBA assembly

Aerospace-standard splicing and material handling

Entry-level roles available with on-the-job trainingSSL:

Mechanical assembly using torque wrenches and hand tools

Interpretation of blueprints and work instructions

SAP system navigation and manufacturing documentation

What We’re Looking ForRequired Qualifications

Prior experience in manufacturing (aerospace preferred)

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings

Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand tools and torque wrenches

High attention to detail and commitment to quality

Excellent attendance and reliabilityPreferred Experience

Aerospace, automotive, construction, or medical device manufacturing

Experience in high-precision or regulated environments

Demonstrated ability to follow visual and written instructions

Passion for building and assembling meaningful productsPay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $27.00/hr.
