A bit about us:

We trace our roots to the early 1970s when a group of attorneys joined forces in Arizona, eventually formalizing our firm in 1995. Guided by a philosophy of attracting and retaining top legal talent, delivering the highest quality legal work, and giving back to both the profession and the community, we have grown and evolved over the years. Today, with deep Arizona roots and a steady commitment to our founding principles, we are recognized as the premier firm in the state for both commercial litigation and corporate transactions. While we handle sophisticated national and international matters, our primary focus remains on fostering growth and success within our local community.

Our dedication to community service is evident through our active participation in regional initiatives and partnerships. We have played influential roles in projects such as venture capital conferences, state councils on innovation, economic development partnerships, and various legal and charitable organizations. This ongoing commitment includes contributions to public interest law organizations, mentoring high school mock trial teams, and involvement in programs that provide legal assistance and advocate for Arizona’s residents. Through these efforts, we not only deliver exceptional legal services but also strengthen our community and support the prosperity of the state we call home.
