Pay:$32–$36/hour

Perform full setups on CNC Swiss-style lathes

Troubleshoot and resolve machine/tooling issues

Read and interpret complex blueprints and layouts

Maintain ultra-tight tolerances of 0.0002 inches

Work with small, intricate parts—some as tiny as a fingernail

Operate and edit CNC programs directly at the machine

Average one setup per shift (or more, depending on the job) What You Bring

️ 3+ years of CNC lathe setup experience

️ 2+ years in aerospace or medical machining

️ Proven ability to hold 0.0002 tolerances

️ Strong blueprint reading and CNC program interpretation

Experience with live tooling or multi-axis operations (preferred)

Familiarity with exotic metals and pre-setting tools (a plus) Why You’ll Love Working Here

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $83200.00/yr.

- Climate Controlled and super clean

- Guaranteed 3% company contribution to 401k (not a match. For example, if you put in 6% they put 3% and if you put 0% they put 3%)

- 2 weeks PTO right away plus the Minnesota sick pay on top of that

- Average tenure is 10+ years

- 12% shift differential

- Life Insurance

- Health, dental, vision, etc... (their benefits for a single person are very phenomenal)

- Sometimes will have a bonus at the end of the year depending on company performance/profits
