Job Title: Warehouse Associate
Job Description
As a Warehouse Associate, you will work off customer orders to prepare and package parts according to specifications. You will handle SAP shipments and organize parts from assembly into warehouse aisles. This role involves lifting 20-50 lbs throughout the day and requires standing on your feet for 10-12 hours. You may receive forklift training.
Responsibilities
Assist with general shipping duties including tape removal, unit preparation, and weighing/packing various products.
Unload incoming parts and manage product placement within inventory.
Pull parts from inventory for gearbox and/or motor assembly.
Perform various shop-floater duties related to production expansion or inventory management.Essential Skills
1 year of industrial experience in warehouse, manufacturing, assembly, shipping, or as an operator.
Strong computer skills, including internet navigation and the ability to use a smartphone.
Experience with pick, picking, and RF scanner operations.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Previous experience prepping items for shipment.

Work Environment
You will work across receiving, shipping, inventory/racking, and machine operation areas, engaging with different jobs as needed. The facility is new and clean, featuring a newly added automated paint line system. The culture promotes teamwork and independent work with various departments. The attire includes steel-toe boots, safety glasses, and shorts or pants without holes or tears. The environment is climate-controlled, though it can be hot in summer, and the noise level is moderate. All shifts are open, with the first shift from Monday to Friday, 6 AM to 2:30 PM, and potential overtime until 5 PM. Be prepared for 12-hour shifts and work four Saturdays per year.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.12 - $20.12/hr.
